We encourage everyone to get involved in a small group, either by joining an existing group or proposing a new group that supports the Arise mission and objectives. For more information about a group, email arise@arisechurch.org

Pathways Discipleship

Our Pathways Discipleship program offers short-term opportunities to delve deeper into the scripture in informal discussions and to discover ways to apply Biblical principles to our lives. Plans are in development for a series of classes of special interest to retirement-age individuals.

Art and Crafts

Bring your art and crafts projects to work on them in a supportive and social atmosphere. We welcome casual drop-ins welcome. All types of art and crafts are welcome.

1 to 3 p.m., Tuesdays

Cancer support

This group is for people of all ages and all cancer diagnoses. Friends, family and caregivers may attend to support the person with cancer. Information, resources and sharing occur in the group.

7 to 8 p.m., first Tuesday of each month  

Prayer Group

The group prays for the needs and concerns of the church, its members and the community with each need raised individually during the meeting. Group members commit to pray every day for every concern. Referrals come through church services, online communications, the pastor and to group members.

11 a.m. second and fourth Tuesdays of the month

Stretch Class

Stretch Class meets at for gentle physical exercise to improve flexibility. A mat, exercise band and rope will be provided if you don’t have them.

9:30 a.m. Tuesdays

Dog Park Team

This team oversees the upkeep, maintenance, and all matters involved in providing the use of the dog park to our community.

Study groups

Topic-specific studies that delve into the meaning and application of Biblical principles are offered periodically. Led by the pastor, they are an opportunity to discuss and understand more deeply how to put faith into action.

Alcoholics Anonymous

We believe our buildings and grounds are meant to be a blessing to more than just our members and are pleased to host two

Alcoholic Anonymous meetings each week.
